Use of the site
You may read pages, print a reasonable copy for personal study, and write to us in good faith. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs others’ access, misrepresent an affiliation with the house, or post our programme descriptions as if they were your own syllabus.
We may refuse seats to products we will not teach, including gambling and covert-surveillance tools, as noted on the house page.
Intellectual property
The wordmark, page designs, journal essays, and syllabus outlines on this site belong to Config Syncpoint unless a guest tutor is credited. You may quote a short passage with a link. You may not copy a full essay, a module list, or the Observatory ritual text into commercial training without a written licence.
Tracking plans and letters you create during a programme remain yours. Our comments on them may be kept as teaching notes with identifiers removed.
Programme descriptions
Dates, tutors, and fees can change before a circle opens. A page on this site is an invitation to write, not a guaranteed seat. We will confirm details in correspondence before any fee is requested by invoice.
Liability
The journal and syllabi are teaching materials, not professional advice on privacy law, financial reporting, or vendor selection. We are not liable for decisions you take from a dashboard after reading an essay, nor for lost profit, nor for data you choose to paste into a form.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that United Kingdom law does not allow to be limited.
Subject to that, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to two hundred pounds sterling, or the amount of tuition actually paid to us for the relevant circle if a separate enrolment agreement applies — whichever is higher.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from this website or from correspondence about it, are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent forum to protect intellectual property.
Changes
We may revise these terms by updating this page. Continued use after a revision is acceptance of the new text. Material changes to an enrolment already confirmed in writing will be agreed separately.
